En los blogs de Zdnet se han dado cuenta que Google Video ha cambiando sus términos y condiciones y han añadido un nuevo punto:

Cuando sacaron el video upload program si mal no recuerdo ya contemplaban permitir que el dueño del vídeo cobre por que otros accedan y descarguen su contenido
